The college is maintained a two-tier grievance redressal mechanism consisting at the department level and institution level. The department level grievance redressal cell runs under the supervision of the department HoDs, all the faculty members of the respective departments are the members of the department grievance cell. The college has a centralized grievance cell under the supervision of the Principal consisting of all the HoDs of the departments along with two student representatives recommended by the students’ union. A teacher is assigned as the convener of the Central Grievance Redressal Cell. The objective of the grievance redressal cell is to develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all stakeholders in order to ensure a transparent and harmonious learning experience in the institution.
The primary grievances of the student on continuous internal evaluation ie. Internal examination, assignments, Seminars and attendance are addressed initially by the department grievance cell. Efforts are made to solve the concerns of the students at the department level itself properly. The grievance cell convener promptly and judiciously addresses and responds to the grievances timely. The grievance concerning external examination initially addresses by the Central Grievance cell with the advice of the Principal as per the University norms. The students can apply for the revaluation according to the University rules under the supervision of the central grievance redressal Cell Convener.
