The Department of Islamic History conducted a National Webinar on Pioneers of Islamic Revival; Special Reference to Mohammed Abdul on 02/09/2020. Dr. Zainul Abid, Head, Department of Islamic History, MES Kalladi College, Mannarkkad was the keynote speaker.  

The Department of Islamic History conducted an Invited Talk of Dr. Saifudheen Kunju S, Assistant Professor, Gauhati University, Assam on 30/12/2019. The talk carried out on the topic of Modern Turkey: A Political History. Students of BA English Language and Literature as a part of their complementary paper actively participated in the discussion followed by the talk.
